Heating Plate provide high temperature performance in a rugged pollution resistant stainless steel sheath.
They are bolted alternatives to Chromalox, GE, Watlow and other channels with heaters.
They are available in aluminized steel sheathing for temperatures up to 800 ° F or stainless steel sheathing for temperatures up to 1200 ° F, with or without clamps, and can be furnished with cylindrical terminals or a variety of lead options.
The ceramic strip heater consists of a chrome resistance coil within a ceramic core that is inserted into a metal sheath and filled with magnesium oxide for maximum heat transfer.
